Assuming a typo so that the 3 %ages are in the order w,s,d:
(1.02w)(0.97s)^3/(0.99d)^4
= (1.02*.97^3)/.99^4 ws^3d^4
= 0.9691 y
So, y decreased by 3.09%
(1.02w)(0.97s)^3/(0.99d)^4
= (1.02*.97^3)/.99^4 ws^3d^4
= 0.9691 y
So, y decreased by 3.09%
