What is the sum of all the integers between
- (negative) square root of 9 and square root of 15
(Not negative 9s square root)

you want the sum of the integers from -3 to 4

they will be -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4

Clearly the sum is just 4, since all the + and - pairs add to zero.
