Please help. What is the x intercept of y+4=-4(x-2)
I've gotten like 2 different answers: -3 and 1.

The x-intercept is where y=0, so
0+4 = -4(x-2)
4 = -4x+8
-4 = -4x
x = 1
How did you wind up with -3?
And drop the "like" -- either you got 2 different answers or you didn't.
