Suppose BD−→− bisects ∠ABC. If m∠ABD=12x+24 and m∠DBC=20x+16, what is m∠ABC?

since DB bisects the angle ABC, the two smaller angles are equal. So,

12x+24 = 20x+16

So, find x, and you can figure the angles.
