Jamal and dorothy wete hiking and had a choice between two trails. One was 5 1/3 miles long, and the other was 1 3/4 times as long. How long was the longer trail?

5 1/3 = 16/3
1 3/4 = 7/4
(16/3) * (7/4) = 112/12 = 9 1/3 miles
