I read that as:

(x^x)√x = x(√x^x)
square both sides

x^(2x)(x) = x^2(x^x)
x^(2x+1) = x^(x+2)

2x + 1 = x+2
x = 1

(x^x)√x = x(√x^x)
divide by x^x
√x = x
x=1
