we have the vector:
(35cos325°, 35sin325°

x component = 35cos325 = appr 28.670
y component = 35sin 325 = appr -20.075

check:
magnitude = √(28.67^2 + (-20.075)^2) = 35
tanØ = -20.075/28.67 = -.700209..
but Ø must be in VI, so Ø = 360-35 = 325
