well, just multiply each ingredient by 5 1/2. For the granola, that's
(1 1/2)(5 1/2) = 3/2 * 11/2 = 33/4 = 8 1/4
and so on
(1 1/2)(5 1/2) = 3/2 * 11/2 = 33/4 = 8 1/4
