Does anyone know if blood vessels contain nerve tissue?

Since headaches result from changes in cerebral blood vessels, I assume it is likely that at least these vessels either contain nerve tissue or stimulate nerve tissue surrounding them. I do know that nerves in the autonomic system are responsible for constricting or dilating blood vessels.
