"se habla español" is the passive constructiion saying "Spanish is spoken."
hablamos español is in the active voice and means we speak, we do speak, we are speaking.
They are not exactly the same thing.
In order to let you know how to make accent marks on the computer I need to know 2 things:
1. do you have a PC or a MAC
2. do you have Windows or not
