do it in seconds
(30/26.2)( 1*3600 + 18*60 + 27) seconds
= (30/26.2) (4707 seconds)
= 5390 seconds
take off one hour which is 3600 seconds
1 hour and 1790 seconds
note 1790/60 = 29.83
so take off 29 minutes which is 1740 seconds
1 hour and 29 minutes and (1790-1740)seconds
so
1 hour and 29 minutes and 50 seconds
(30/26.2)( 1*3600 + 18*60 + 27) seconds
= (30/26.2) (4707 seconds)
