1 yard = 0.9144 meters. 100 yards = 91.44 m.
Speed = 91.44 m/9.30 s - 9.832 m/s.
Then 9.832 m/s x (#sec) = 100 m

A sprinter completes the 100 yard dash in
9.30 seconds. How long would it take her to
complete 100. meters if she continued at the
same speed?

On second thought that "continuing on to 100 m" part of the question began to bother me. So she completes 91.44 m in 9.30 s, that leaves 100-91.44 = 8.56 m to go and it takes her 8.56m/9.832m/s = 0.871 s to finish to the 100 m mark. Then 0.930 + 0.871 = ? and that gives the same answer as in the first response above. So I guess it makes no difference how the question is interpreted.
NOTE: I have redone the first response to correct a typo where I wrote - instead of =. Corrected is below.
1 yard = 0.9144 meters. 100 yards = 91.44 m.
Speed = 91.44 m/9.30 s = 9.832 m/s.
Then 9.832 m/s x (#sec) = 100 m
Solve for # sec
