Under fetility procedure when they place the nutrients with salts in the petri dish for the development of the baby why is the temperature kep at 37 degrees celcius?it is the human temperature but in terms of this experiment why do they use it?

If that is the typical temperature of the human body, why would you use a different temperature outside the body?
