Baking soda consists mostly of a single chemical. Look up what it is, its molecular weight and density, and determine the number of moles used in this recipe. Give your answer in moles but do not include the units.

Look up sodium hydrogen carbonate (or sodium bicarbonate). If you can get a Wikipedia site choose that and you can get the other information there. There is no way to get the mols for the recipe since you didn't give the recipe.
