q = d+8
n = 5q
5n+10d+25q = 700
Now just plug and play!

let's start with dimes ---- x
then quarters ---- x+8
nickels ------- 5(x+8)
now to the VALUE of these
10x + 25(x+8) + 5(5)(x+8) = 700
10x + 25x + 200 + 25x + 200 = 700
60x = 300
x = 5
so
5 dimes
13 quarters
65 nickels
check:
5(10) + 13(25) + 65(5) = 700
my answer is correct
