How did Stalin suppress his people's individuality and control their personal and economic lives?
I am having trouble researching his methods of control and how his people's lives were affected.
I know he initiated a great massacre to terminate anyone who disagreed with him, and( i read an article online but it was pretty generic as i will describe) he did some form of engineering traditional family values(family being instrumental, he controlled housing, occupation etc) but I am looking fo rmore specific examples that i couldn't seem to find. Can someone PLEASE help? I am writing a research essay on stalin's totalitarian methods for socials and I need to touch on his control aspects(I have prevarication of truth, and use of fear as two bodies so far).
Thank you!
