Fn = 8.7[125o] + 12.9[0o]
X = 8.7*Cos125 + 12.9 = 7.91 N.
Y = 8.7*sin125 = 7.13 N.
Fn = sqrt(X^2+Y^2) = sqrt(7.91^2*7.13^2)
= 10.65 N.
X = 8.7*Cos125 + 12.9 = 7.91 N.
