What is your question?
Let's put it this way: If a company sells a product they know will harm some customers, but it's going to make the company a profit, is it okay for them to that if they never get caught?

Or is it okay to steal someone's car because you have a date on Saturday night? Will you be forgiven because your motive was so your date didn't have to walk? Can a company be forgiven for selling tainted medicine because it helped the company make money for the company?
Are you telling me there's actually a course in which you're learning about unethical behavior and then justifying it?? This boggles my mind. =(
