Millwood City is constructing a new highway through town. The construction crew can complete 5 3/5 miles of road each month. Can the highway be finished in 8 months? 6 1/2 months have already passed by and so far they have 36 2/5 miles complete.

All right, so the new highway is 54 miles long in total. But I need the answer in a mixed number answer, not a decimal, and I can't quite remember how to turn decimals into fractions...
