I have to do this ethos, pathos, & logos research project then I have to put it in a powerpoint. What would Samsung & Land rover be? Would it be ethos, pathos, or logos?

Again, as Writeacher and Ms. Sue pointed out, these are products, things, not arguments or literary works. None of these terms of persuasion apply to inanimate things like smart phones or motor vehicles or corporations.
