You forgot to say that the diameter of the Farris wheel is 62 feet, I know this because I got the same question. Here's the answer
C = pi times diameter
C = 3.14 times 62 diameter
The circumference is 197.82 feet
Then you multiply to get your answer
197.82 times 12 revolutions = 2373.84 feet for one ride.
C = pi times diameter
C = 3.14 times 62 diameter
The circumference is 197.82 feet
Then you multiply to get your answer
197.82 times 12 revolutions = 2373.84 feet for one ride.

You did not give out the diameter? But let's do it step by step anyway.
*Let's just say your diameter was 63*
Formula to find circumference(C): C=pi d
3.14 times diameter so, 3.14 x 63
3.14 x 63=197.82
Then multiply your answer above to how many revolution the ferris wheel made:
197.82 x 12= 2373.84 ft is your answer. (Round to nearest hundredth foot if needed)
Hope this helped!
