our constitution says that people may say your right anything they want but what are some limitations to that

One is that you may not threaten the life of the president of the United States. You are discouraged from telling lies about other people with the intention of harming them (slander and libel). You can't yell "Fire!" in a crowd when there is no fire, causing panic. You can't steal someone else's words (or music or other expression) and call it your own. Just a few.
