1) if MnO2 when in a fast reaction with H2O2 appear in balanced equation and 2)purpose of manganese dioxide. Thanks

MnO2 is a catalyst it can't take part in equation balancing but just altar the reaction rate *function of MnO2 is a catalyst to speed rate and H2O2 is broken to O2 and water.
