I have no idea who Julia is or what play you are reading. Look at the lines that precede to see what is being discussed.

Yes. The answer is most likely B here. A is too obvious and would show greater smile, not a faint one. C might be a correct answer, but I doubt it as it might not be a GOOD important decision. D is most likely unlikely as the facial expressions would be of infatuation.

Also I base this off of what has been shown here. I suggest you do what Reed says and look at the previous lines as well for insight.

Sorry, Clair, I don't know that play at all. Again, look at what is happening in the play. Does Julia know something Mistress doesn't know?
