Each sentence should have 3 commas in it!
"I never want to go skydiving rock climbing or bungee jumping" I replied to Susan " I get scared too easily."
Katie would never throw her papers on the floor forget to push in her chair or come to class without a smile! She is a bright positive person!
Where would I put the three commas in both paragraphs?

First, things listed in series are separated by commas. A comma is used to separate a quote or quotation from the rest of the sentence. And adjectives and adverbs used in series are separated by a comma or commas as needed.
