(-3,5), (-1,4)
Y = mx + b
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (4-5)/(-1-(-3)) =
-1/2 = The slope.
Y = (-1/2)(-3) + b = 5
3/2 + b = 5
b = 5 - 3/2 = 10/2 - 3/2 = 7/2
Eq: Y = (-1/2)x + 7/2
Y = mx + b
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (4-5)/(-1-(-3)) =
-1/2 = The slope.
Y = (-1/2)(-3) + b = 5
3/2 + b = 5
b = 5 - 3/2 = 10/2 - 3/2 = 7/2
Eq: Y = (-1/2)x + 7/2
