note that in each case,
y = x+5
plot any two of the points and draw the line through them.

First point:
x = - 6 , y = - 1
y = - 1 = - 6 + 5
y = x + 5
Second point:
x = - 3 , y = 2
y = 2 = - 3 + 5
y = x + 5
Third point:
x = - 1 , y = 4
y = 4 = - 1 + 5
y = x + 5
Fourth point:
x = 2 , y = 7
y = 7 = 2 + 5
y = x + 5
So, for all points:
y = x + 5
x = - 6 , y = - 1
y = - 1 = - 6 + 5
y = x + 5
Second point:
x = - 3 , y = 2
y = 2 = - 3 + 5
y = x + 5
Third point:
x = - 1 , y = 4
y = 4 = - 1 + 5
y = x + 5
Fourth point:
x = 2 , y = 7
y = 7 = 2 + 5
y = x + 5
So, for all points:
y = x + 5
