How do you intend to prove that homework is harmful to your health? What examples do you have? Statistics?

You could argue as one of my physics students did years ago that if somebody learns too fast their brain will explode. Of course, it is an unproven hypothesis. That student now as a PhD in Chemistry (specialty is plastic explosives), so he might still be trying to prove it.
Stress? Some have pointed out a little stress is helpful to humans...it focuses thinking and attention to the problem at hand.
You could argue lack of sleep is harmful, and homework (might) interfer with that.
Good luck. Research indicates that we learn by repetition spaced over time, and homework fits into that finding darn well...repetition spaced over time.
