5% hydrocholric acid in 30ml (1 fl oz) - how to dillute to make 200 ml of .01 M?
I think i need to first fin concentration solute /amount of solution x 100 .05/30 x100 = .166
Then i get lost!

Just use the dilution formula. Substitute and turn the crank.
mL1 x concn1 = mL2 x concn2
