x^2 = 2
x = +/- sqrt 2
2. not sure what is denominator
3. x^2/2 + 6 x + 10 = 0
x^2 + 12 x + 20 = 0
(x+10)(x+2) = 0
x = -10 or x = -2
4. x^2 - 7 x = 0
x (x-7) = 0
x = 0 or x = 7
x = +/- sqrt 2
2. not sure what is denominator
3. x^2/2 + 6 x + 10 = 0
x^2 + 12 x + 20 = 0
(x+10)(x+2) = 0
x = -10 or x = -2
4. x^2 - 7 x = 0
x (x-7) = 0
x = 0 or x = 7
