Question

how much heat is required to warm a 215 g cup of water from 21 degree Celsius to 85 degree Celsius?

Not sure what the formula is or how to set this up.
I know the specific heat formula is heat/mass x change in temperature.
Not sure if this applies to the question.

Please help. Thank you :)
