Looks like C to me
A: winter is approaching
B: ditto
D: either a day or a year has passed, depending on the revolution.
C happens as the axis tilts toward the sun, which would cause all the effects listed.
Why did the following change occur? The snow that covered the ground all winter began to melt, temperatures rose, and flowers started to bloom.
A. days became shorter
B. the Earth tilted away from the sun
C. the sun's rays became more concentrated
D. Earth completed one revolution
None of the answers seem great. I am guessing D. or possibly C.
