What is the final concentration of 35.7mL of 52.0% m/m solution that is diluted to 65.9ml?

i am not sure how to caluclate this... but i know the formula is C1V1=C2V2

What's wrong with 52.0*35.7 = c*65.9 and solve for c with units in %.
