A certain colony of bacteria triples in length every 10 minutes. It's length is now 1 millimeter. How long will it be in 40 minutes? Please help answer thx

40/10 = 4, so it will triple 4 times.
3^4 = 81

40=4 so its probably 4 millimeters

It would still be 1 millimeter, because think about it. If it triples in length every 10, you would multiply. 1 times 3 is 1 plus the other minutes making it 1. TRUST ME!!!
