If an oil tank that if 15ft tall which is holding oil and water, the water being 8 ft, how much pressure will have when I is opened and begins to flow?

(specific gravity of this oil*7 + 8)62.4 in
pounds/ft^2
divide by 144 to get psi, pounds per square inch

I do not know the ratio of this oil density to that of water
