Rafael asked 85 students what kind of pet they liked the most. Exactly 35% of the students said they liked dogs best. What was the total number of students who said they liked dogs best?

Please check to make sure your numbers are correct.

35% of 85 = 0.35 * 85 = 29.75. That answer can't be right because we can't have 0.75 of a student.
