Papa’s Pizzeria charges $12.00 for a medium cheese pizza and $1.25 for each additional topping. What will be the cost of a pizza that has pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers and onions?

12.00 + 1.25(4) =

12.00 + 6.00 = 18.00

$18.00 is the cost of the pizza.

There is no 18.00 choice! There only is 17.00 which is the closest

Brady made a small arithmetic error.

1.25 * 4 = 5

So -- 17 is correct

Oops, I did make an error. :P I doubled-checked after Ms. Sue said I made an error. I accidentally did 1.5 x 4 instead of 1.25. Ms. Sue is correct. Sorry!!!
