Honestly, I don't think so.
For "H2O" and "H2", there is a coefficient of 2. "O2" has a coefficient of 1
This is "2H2O" and "2H2". And just "O2"
"2H2O = 2H2 + O2"
So, B is the answer.

P.S. I got the answer of 2H2O = 2H2 + O2 from a website, but I tried to explain it better off of that website. I am not sure I explained right, but I know B is correct.
