I'm curious to know why does energy changes form?

2 answers

"When something happens, energy is changed from one form into another. When you climb stairs, chemical energy in your food is changed into kinetic energy by your muscles, and into potential energy as you raise your body against gravity. The amount of energy transferred is measured in JOULES."

~Fact-Monster

It basically means that an occurring movement of your body will result in a change of the energy. Different changes of energy depends on what happens to your body. The example above "chemical energy in your food is changed into kinetic energy by your muscles, and into potential energy as you raise your body against gravity" is a good one. Your body converts the food into energy for your body. Then, once you are walking around on the ground, it changes into "potential energy" because you are also pushing your body against "gravity".

I hope this helps! :)

P.S. If you want more information, I will post some more for you.
