looks like plain ol' Pythagoras to me
y^2 + 2.8^2 = 10.5^2
y^2 = 102.41
y = √102.41 = appr 10.12 m
y^2 + 2.8^2 = 10.5^2
y^2 = 102.41
y = √102.41 = appr 10.12 m
