Please use proper English with correct grammar and punctuation in your post.
It would make it so much easier to establish what your are trying to say.
Furthermore, is there a question such as, "Find x" ?
sum of 8 number is x
so the average of those 8 numbers is x/8
sum of 9 other numbers is 2x
so the average of those 9 numbers is 2x/9
".the average of the smaller set of numbers is 1 more than the average of the larger set of numbers"
---> x/8 = 2x/9 + 1
multiply by 72
9x = 16x + 72
-7x = 72
x = -72/7
