    Multiply Everything By 100 To Get The Decimal Out.
100x= 10y + 1500
100y= 15x + 1000
100y= 1000x + 15
100x= 1000y + 15

100x= 10y + 1500
100y= 15x + 1000
100y= 1000x + 15
100x= 1000y + 15
