a car accidently roll off a cliff. as it leaves the cliff it has a horizontal velocity of 13m/s.it hits the ground 60m from the shoreline. calculate the height of cliff.

h = ?

Dx = Xo * Tf = 60
Tf = 60/Xo = 60/13 = 4.62 s. = Fall time.

h = 0.5g*Tf^2 = 4.9*4.62^2 = 105 m.

Vox=13m/s t=X/vox
t= 60m/13m/s
t=4.62sec
