In a parking lot 16% of the cars are blue. There are 4 blue cars in the lot. How many cars are not blue?
4x100=400\16= 25 then minus 4 blue cars to get the answer that 21 of the cars are not blue. I know the answer is 21 I'm just not sure if the work is correct?

4/.16=NOTBLUE/.84
not blue=4*.84/.16
not blue=4*.84/.16

0.16 c = 4
so
c = 4/0.16 = 25
then yes, subtract 4 and get 21
so
c = 4/0.16 = 25
then yes, subtract 4 and get 21
