Sorry. I was thinking of equivalent fractions.

Like fractions have the same denominator.

Actually, it is C, I read is kind of wrong.

It would be C because 19.872 can't be rounded up to 19.88. It can only stay 19.87. Sorry for my error.

For 8, A, C, and D can be a repeating decimal without dots. I have done some researching about this question, and other people are having the same problem. However, most of them had picked D, and they had gotten D right.
