The Connexus answers for Geometry A Unit 4, Lesson 5 are:
1. D, the 50 yard line is perpendicular to the other sideline by the Perpendicular Transversal Theorem
2. B, x = 86, y = 75, z = 94
3. A, 16
Essay questions:
4. k = 73° (keep in mind all angles in a triangle are equal to 180°)
5. x = 40
6. x = 81°
7. Refer to page 165 in the Geometry textbook, that page explains this better than I could
8. x = 81°, however this answer is also in page 165
I just took this test. I hope this is able to help you guys.
