28 strides x (41 in/stride) x (1 m/39.37 in) x (1 km/1000m) = approx 0.03 km in 10 seconds.
0.03 km/10 sec x ?sec = 5 km
Solve for seconds

?sec x (1 min/60 sec) = ?min
