The base of a triangle is 4cm shorter than twice the altitude, find the dimensions if the area is 80sqcm.
this is work
x(2x-4)=80
2x squared - 4x=80
2x squared -4x-80=0
(2x 8)(x-10) =0
so x= -8 and x=10
my classmate told me its wrong
so can you pls help me.,
