9z(sqrt8z)-3(sqrt2z^3)

This is the only problem on my summer homework i can't figure out.

If I have your notation right your expression is:
9 z sqrt (8z) - z sqrt (2 z^3)
that is
9 * 2*2 sqrt (2z) - z*z sqrt (2z)
(36 - z^2) sqrt (2z)
