Newton #2 - Force = rate of change of momentum
so
force * time = change in momentum (impulse)
100 * 5 = 25 * v
so
force * time = change in momentum (impulse)
100 * 5 = 25 * v

Given : F=100N. a=acceleration
T=time
M=25kg. M=mass
T=5sec
F=ma
acceleration=mass/force
a=100/25
a=4m/s2
Then
V=u+at
V=0+4×5
V=20 m/s.
